Admission & Withdrawal

• Boys and Girls to be admitted to LKG should be of minimum 3½ years old. An interaction of the child together with his/her parents is required prior to the admission.
• Students seeking admission to other classes are to appear for an entrance test on a date fixed by the school.
• Parents/Guardians are requested to fill in the admission form with utmost accuracy. The date of birth and other details once entered will not be changed later for any reason whatsoever.
• A student seeking admission to any class will be eligible for admission to that class only if he/she :
  • has been studying in a school recognised by or affiliated to C.B.S.E., Delhi or any other recognised board of secondary education in India.
  • has passed the admission test for that class.
  • satisfies the requirements of limits (minimum & maximum) of age as determined by the state Government.
  • produces :

    a) The school leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the Institution last attended and counter signed by the educational authority.
    b) Documents in support of his having passed the qualifying examination.

• New Admissions are taken against vacant seats only.
• No Transfer Certificate [T.C.] is issued until all dues to the school have been cleared.
• The school reserves to itself the right to dismiss students whose academic performance is steadily unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
• Grave insubordination or contempt of authority justifies immediate dismissal.
• Not withstanding anything in the prospectus, the Principal may at his absolute discretion, ask any parent at any time to take his ward out of the school.
